We want your system to function properly.  You should not have false alarms for no reason.  Call us to adjust or repair your system if you experience unexplained alarms.  Modern alarm systems have several procedures, which we can activate to ensure that your experience is good and that you feel confident in the proper functioning of your system.

If you feel that we did not properly explain the operation of your system, call us to demonstrate it again.  There is no charge for this service of course.

Perhaps we can modify the standard response procedures to make a second call, in addition to the premises, when the alarm is activated before dispatching the authorities.
